CEO and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Oroceo, 52, is the CEO and Chairman of the Board of Delex Pharma International, Inc. He is responsible for the leadership of the Board and is pivotal in the creation of the conditions necessary for overall Board and individual Director effectiveness. He ensures that Board members receive accurate, timely and clear information to enable them to monitor performance, make sound decisions and give appropriate advice to promote the success of the organization.

Mr. Oroceo developed his craft since 1989 as a Hospital Sales Representative in Abbott Laboratories, and was promoted as Product Manager from 2004 to 2008. He further went on to being the Marketing Manager of Hospira Philippines, to becoming the General Manager of Globo Asiatico Enterprises, Inc. from 2009 to 2010, until he reached the peak of the Executive ladder in the pharmaceutical industry.

In 1985, Mr. Oroceo graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Medical Technology from Central Philippine University, and is a Registered Medical Technologist. He completed his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Ateneo De Manila Graduate School of Business in 2017. Mr. Oroceo’s expertise is in business development, diversification and expansion of the company, being the Chairman of the Board of Delex Pharma International, Inc., DLX Holdings, Inc. and JMN Brothers Pharma Limited, Inc.

VP for Marketing

Ms. Monasterio is responsible in formulating cohesive strategies and long-term plans for sales and marketing which redounds to the company’s vision and mission. She ensures that the company’s resources are used efficiently, thus, maximize growth opportunities, build brand loyalty and market leadership while protecting the company’s bottom line.

She started as a Professional Health Representative in Abbott Laboratories Philippines in 2004 to 2006. She was one of the pioneers of Hospira Philippines in 2006 and was promoted as District Sales Manager in 2008 and become the Nos. 1 DSM in 2009. Because of her track record in sales, leading a high performance team in Hospira Phils., she was entrusted by Delex Pharma management as National Sales Manager, and eventually became Sales and Marketing Manager in 2013. During her sales and marketing management stint, DPI has achieved the highest growth in sales and market share and was able to strengthen Delex Pharma’s corporate branding by launching unique programs and platforms such as ICU Forum, CSR Programs and Mobile Digital Apps.

Ms. Monasterio graduated Cum Laude at the Universidad de Sta. Isabel with a Bachelor of Science Degree major in Marketing and Management in 2002, and is about to finish her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at San Beda University Graduate School, Philippines.
Ms. Monasterio is currently one of the Board Members of Delex Pharma International, Inc. Simultaneously, she is also the President of DLX Holdings, Inc., and the Vice-President of JMN Brothers Pharma Limited Inc.

To date, Ms. Monasterio was awarded by CMO Asia with PHILIPPINES WOMEN LEADERS Award 2019.

VP for Distribution

Mr. Omandam is the Vice President for Distribution of the company. He oversees day-to-day operations, with more focus on supply and distribution, to support customer satisfaction through product availability and accessibility. He focuses on strategic planning and goal-setting, and directs the company’s operations to support shared organizational goals.

Mr. Omandam started his career in Abbott Laboratories Philippines in 1980 where he was assigned in Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, and Production Planning & Inventory Control. His breakthrough in sales was in 1997 as a Hospital Sales Representative of Abbott Laboratories Philippines under Hospital Care Division. In 2001, he was promoted as District Sales Manager handling Mindanao until 2004. He was a Presidential Club awardee in 2002. As one of the pioneers in Hospira Philippines, he handled Visayas & Mindanao areas where he earned the High Flyer’s Club Award in 2007. In 2008, he took charge of the Medical Devices business in Manila. In 2010, he joined Delex Pharma International Inc. as District Sales Manager and was eventually promoted as National Sales Manager.

Mr. Omandam graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering from Colegio De San Jose – Recoletos (now University of San Jose Recoletos) in 1980 and is currently taking up his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at San Beda University Graduate School, Philippines.

Mr. Omandam currently holds simultaneous positions as the Vice-President of Distribution, the Corporate Secretary and Board Member. He is also the President of JMN Brothers Pharma Limited, Inc. and the Treasurer of DLX Holdings, Inc.

ANA LYN MATIENZO

Finance Manager

Ms. Matienzo is the Finance Manager of DELEX Healthcare Group, Inc. She is responsible for the financial management of the company. She analyzes financial data, directs investment activities, advises senior management on profit maximizing ideas and develop strategies and plans for the organization’s long-term financial goals.

Ms. Matienzo’s main function is to manage the company’s funds, which includes cash flow forecasting and investment activities. She is also both the Corporate Secretary and Board Member of DLX Holdings, Inc. and JMN Brothers Pharma Limited, Inc. Ms. Matienzo has over twenty (20) years of experience in the field of accounting that includes fifteen (15) years in the food industry with Golden Donuts, Inc. She was Credit and Collection Supervisor from 1998 – 2000 and was promoted as Assistant General Accounting Manager in 2000 until 2011, where her main function was to provide financial statements and analysis to the Board of Directors. Ms. Matienzo has been in the healthcare industry since 2011. She was a University Scholar and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy at the University of the East, Manila in 1994. Ms. Matienzo is currently working on her thesis to complete the requirements and earn her Master’s Degree in Business Administration at San Beda University Graduate School, Philippines.

ALLERY FLORES

HR Manager

Ms. Flores is responsible for the efficient administration of the company and ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements and implementing decisions made by the Board of Directors.

Ms. Flores started her career with Security Agency in 2004 where she was exposed to different facets of Human Resource for eight (8) years. In 2012, she worked as HR Supervisor with Globis Inc., a distributor of large format printers. In 2013, she was the HR Officer for Employee Relations at Moldex Realty. She is an active company representative of Management Association of the Philippines and a member of Tripartite Industrial Peace Council, Quezon City branch.

Ms. Flores earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s College in 2004, and is a registered Psychometrician. She is currently enrolled at San Beda University Graduate School with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Ms. Flores is currently the Human Resource & Administrative Manager of Delex Pharma International, Inc.

Business Dev’t. & Regulatory Affairs Manager

Ms. Olympia is the Business Development and Regulatory Affairs Manager of Delex Pharma International, Inc. As Business Development Manager, her responsibility is focused on developing growth strategies and plans to expand both Delex Pharma International Inc. (DPII) and JMN Brothers Pharma Limited Inc. product portfolios by looking for new product opportunities, negotiating with new business partners, as well as managing and retaining relationships with existing business partners. She also leads the Regulatory Affairs team whose primary function is to develop regulatory strategies and plans to obtain regulatory approvals for new products, and to ensure regulatory compliance of existing products in the market.

Before joining DPII in 2017, Ms. Olympia developed a strong Regulatory Affairs experience in both innovative and generic drugs. She started her career with GlaxoSmithKline Philippines Inc. in 1994 where she spent twelve (12) years handling different positions within Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance. She was awarded Employee of the Year for two (2) consecutive years due to her significant success in handling New Chemical Entity registrations, product acquisitions and manufacturing site transfers. She joined Abbott in 2006 to pioneer the Hospira entity as Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance Manager where she gained a 10-year experience handling generics and medical devices. To expand her knowledge and gain experience in Biopharmaceuticals, she joined Roche Philippines Inc. in 2016 where she focused on creating regulatory strategies and determining registration pathways for Biologics – Oncology products.

Ms. Olympia graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy from the University of Santo Tomas in 1992.

CRIS QUILALA

Sr. National Sales Manager

As Senior National Sales Manager, Mr. Quilala plays an integral role in leading nationwide sales team members to achieve sales targets. He is responsible in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, establishing productive and professional relationships with key customer accounts, negotiating and closing agreements with large customers, and in monitoring/analyzing performance metrics. He works collaboratively & cross-functionally with Marketing, Business Development and other relevant departments to prepare monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts, provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs to ensure brand consistency, and to stay up-to-date with new product launches to ensure sales team members are on board.

In 1985, Mr. Quilala started his career in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Representative at Servier Philippines, Inc., where he stayed for eighteen (18) years and was promoted to Senior Medical Representative, Area Sales Manager, and Training Officer. In 2013, he joined Lab Fournier Philippines, Inc. as Knowledge Manager and Sales Force Effectiveness Officer (SFEO) where he established the Fournier Philippines Academy. Fournier integrated with Solvay Pharma Inc. Philippines, then again with Abbott International where he was a Senior Training Manager.

Mr. Quilala graduated with a Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Major in Accounting at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in 1984. In 2011, he gained his Diploma in the Art and Science of Neuro Linguistic Programming by the International NLP Trainers Association, given in Cairo, Egypt.

Jr. National Sales Manager

Mr. Arceo handles a separate business unit and shares the same roles and responsibilities with Mr. Quilala in managing and leading their respective sales teams. He is a seasoned sales manager with more than twenty (20) years sales experience, and with his accomplishments both in previous employments and with Delex Pharma, this earned him the Jr. National Sales Manager post in 2018.

Mr. Arceo started his career in the pharmaceutical industry as a pioneer Medical Representative at ICI Pharmaceutical under Zuellig Pharma Philippines Inc – Marketing Department, which was eventually known as Astra Zeneca, where he was recognized for four (4) consecutive years as one of the Top 10 sales awardees. In 1996, he was promoted as District Sales Manager and in 1998, he was awarded the “District Sales Manager of the Year”.

He was also one of the pioneer leaders of Torrent Pharma Philippines and Zydus Philippines handling sales operations.

Mr. Arceo graduated with a Degree of Bachelor of Science in Commerce, Major in Marketing and Management at San Sebastian College – Recoletos Manila in 1990.

MELANDRINO DIEGO

I.T Manager

Mr. Diego is responsible for smooth operations of computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. He supervises the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs.
In 2004, he worked as an IT officer at Terramedic Inc., also a Pharmaceutical company. In 2015, he worked as Management Information System officer in IPCA, an Indian manufacturing company.
Mr. Diego is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, major in Network Engineer at Far Eastern University-East Asia College of Information Technology, Manila in 2002. He is currently taking up his Master’s Degree in Business Administration at San Beda University Graduate School, Philippines.

Mr. Diego is currently the IT Manager of DELEX Pharma International, Inc. He has extensive experience in applying processes, problem solving, technical, and accumulated diverse skill set across various key roles in office, warehouse, data definition, database analysis and data integration process.

GIL PETER COCHING

SHIELD Director

Mr. Coching serves as the SHIELD (Spiritual Holistic Integrated Empowered Leaders of Delex) Director of DPI. He is responsible for the planning, development and delivery of comprehensive, multi-faith spiritual care services of the company. Mr. Coching develops effective working relationships within the organization, supports all employees with an understanding of their own spiritual and pastoral issues, as well as identifying resources to address the concerns.

Mr. Coching was a corporate coach at Resorts World Manila, Mercury Drug Head Office Branches, hospitals and some private companies like Asian Development Bank.

Mr. Coching is a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the University of Mindanao in 1988. He has completed Masters of Theology at the School of Theology, SVD Tagaytay in 1997, and Masters of Development Communication at the University of the Philippines in 2004.

He is currently the Treasurer of JMN Brothers Pharma Limited Inc.
